These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of savanasanctuary.com and to all services provided by Savana Co., Ltd. (« SAVANA », « we », « us ») at 88 Paso Tower, Unit G-01, G Floor, Silom Road, Bangkok 10500. By booking or receiving a treatment, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

SAVANA provides traditional Thai massage and wellness treatments for relaxation and well-being. Our treatments are not medical care and do not replace the advice of a doctor.

2. Bookings

• Our website is for information only and does not take bookings or payments.
• Bookings can be made by phone (061 218 1754), through our LINE Official Account, by email (contact@savanasanctuary.com), through partner platforms or directly at our reception. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only once our team has confirmed it to you.
• Bookings made through partner platforms, such as Klook or Gowabi, are also subject to that platform’s terms.

3. Arrival and late arrival

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened so as not to delay the next client, and the full price remains payable.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

• Bookings may be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 2 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit paid or, for membership holders, the deduction of the treatment from the card balance.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB). The prices applicable are those in force on the day of your treatment.
• Payment is made at our reception after your treatment, using the payment methods accepted on site.
• Promotions are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined with other offers or membership bonuses unless stated otherwise, and have no cash value.
• Tips are optional and go entirely to your therapist.

6. Membership cards

SAVANA offers three prepaid membership cards. The SAVANA Explorer card costs 3,000 THB and provides 3,600 THB of treatment credit. The SAVANA Insider card costs 6,000 THB and provides 7,300 THB of credit. The SAVANA Ambassador card costs 10,000 THB and provides 12,100 THB of credit.

• Membership cards are purchased at our reception.
• The credit can be used for any treatment at SAVANA.
• Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance expires at the end of this period.
• Cards are personal and non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The balance is recorded by SAVANA. Please inform us immediately if your card is lost.

7. Health and safety

• Before your treatment, please inform your therapist of any medical condition, injury, allergy, recent surgery or pregnancy.
• We may refuse or adapt a treatment if we believe it could be unsafe for you.
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

8. Conduct

SAVANA is a professional massage establishment. Any inappropriate behavior or request toward our staff will result in the immediate end of the treatment, without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

9. Personal belongings

Please keep your valuables with you. SAVANA is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.

10. Liability

SAVANA’s liability is limited to the price of the treatment concerned, except where Thai law provides otherwise. We are not liable for any reaction resulting from health information you did not disclose.

11. Website

The content of this website is provided for information purposes. We may change our treatments, prices, opening hours and these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
